What is laser engraving?

It is a process where a high-powered laser beam vaporizes the surface of a material to create a permanent, precise mark. Unlike printing or vinyl, it will never peel, fade, or wash off.

Do you have a physical location for pickups?

Yes! We are located in Montego Bay City. Local pickup is free. We will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready. We also provide free delivery for orders within St. James.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We handle everything from a single personalized gift to large corporate orders of 500+ units. Bulk discounts are available for orders over [25 units].

Can I bring my own item for engraving?

In most cases, yes! However, we must inspect the material first to ensure it is “laser-safe” (some plastics, like PVC, release toxic gases). Please contact us to confirm before dropping off your item.
